FAQs
- How is the payment made?
- Payment is made monthly, in advance, after the free trial session, signing the contract, and receiving the invoice. It is done via bank transfer (you can find the details in the Contact section), and please include the student’s name in the payment description.
- If I can't attend a session one day, what happens to the paid session?
- For those enrolled in the individual study program (Road to Mastery), the session can be rescheduled, as long as it's still within the validity period of the monthly subscription. Those enrolled in the group study program (Team Quest subscription) will unfortunately lose the paid session in case not all group members agree to reschedule.
- How can I benefit from the assistance offered outside of class hours?
- You can ask questions about the studied language via email or chat on any social network. You are entitled to ask up to 30 questions/month, and the response will come within 24 hours.
